We collect account details you provide (name, email, phone, business name, city), information you submit through our contact form, and review data from Google Business Profiles you connect. We also collect basic usage data to improve the product.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to provide the service: fetching reviews, generating and posting approved replies, providing analytics, and supporting your account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Google data
When you connect a Google Business Profile, we access only the data required to read reviews and post replies you approve. We use this data solely to provide the service and never for advertising. You can revoke access at any time.
5. AI processing
Review text may be processed by AI models to generate reply drafts. Drafts are suggestions only; you retain control over what is posted. We do not use your review content to train third-party public models without your consent.
6. Data storage & security
Data is stored securely and access is restricted. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can also disconnect your Google Business Profile and close your account at any time.
