1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of GetReview (getreview.in), a software product that helps businesses manage Google Business Profile reviews. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
GetReview fetches reviews from your connected Google Business Profile, generates AI-drafted replies, and lets you approve, edit or post replies. Human approval is the default. Any automated posting occurs only under rules you configure.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you connect, for the content of replies you approve or authorize, and for complying with Google's policies and applicable laws. You must have authority to manage the business profiles you connect.
4. Google connection
GetReview is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google. You connect your profile using Google's official authorization and may revoke access at any time from your Google account.
5. Plans, fees & billing
Plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees. A one-time onboarding fee applies at setup. Plans are month-to-month and you may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use GetReview to post misleading, unlawful, abusive or deceptive content, or to violate the rights of any third party. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetReview is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
